If you did not catch yesterdays post The Pomegranates sound is described as shimmering and dreamy with influences that range from the Talking Heads and Brian Eno, to French Kicks and Fela Kuti. Metrogum was recently invited to see the Cincinnati denizens at the indie music hangout, Spaceland here in Los Angeles. There the Pomegranates played additional songs off their new album Everybody Come Outside. The Album is conceptional, weaving a tale of a man who leaves home, only to be abducted by a time traveler.
